Nasıl kullanılır
İki kişi, tek telefon. Biverba masanın ortasına konur; siz kendi dilinizde konuşursunuz, karşınızdaki kendi dilinde duyar.
Başlarken
- Dilinizi seçin. İlk açılışta arayüz dilini seçin; konuşma diliniz de buna ayarlanır. İkisini de sonradan Ayarlar'dan değiştirebilirsiniz.
- İki tarafın dilini ayarlayın. Üstteki dil hapına dokunup her tarafın dilini seçin; ortadaki ok iki dilin yerini değiştirir.
- Mikrofon iznini verin. Başla'ya dokununca mikrofon izni istenir. İzin vermeden konuşma tanıma çalışmaz. Çeviri için internet bağlantısı gerekir.
Konuşma sırası
- Basılı tutun ve konuşun. Amber düğme sizin, yeşil düğme karşınızdaki kişinin. Kendi düğmenizi basılı tutup konuşun.
- Bırakın. Bıraktığınız an konuşma çevrilir ve karşı tarafın dilinde yüksek sesle okunur.
- Uzun konuşmalarda kilitleyin. Düğmeye kısaca dokunursanız dinleme kilitlenir; bitince tekrar dokunun.
Karşılıklı yerleşim
Sağ üstteki simge karşılıklı yerleşimi açar: ekran ikiye bölünür ve üst yarı 180° döner. Telefon masada dururken karşınızdaki kişi kendi çevirisini düz okur. Yerleşimi Ayarlar'dan da seçebilirsiniz (Yan yana / Karşılıklı).
Geçmiş
Konuştuğunuz her tur, soldaki geçmiş simgesinde birikir; istediğiniz zaman geri dönüp çeviriyi tekrar dinleyebilirsiniz. Konuşmayı Ayarlar'dan temizleyebilirsiniz.
Daha doğal bir ses
iPhone çoğu dili yalnızca sıkıştırılmış sesle kurulu getirir; robotik tını buradan gelir. Daha iyi bir ses varsa yalnızca iOS Ayarlar'ından eklenebilir:
- iPhone'un Ayarlar uygulamasını açın.
- Erişilebilirlik → Sesli İçerik → Sesler yolunu izleyin (iOS sürümüne göre menü adları biraz değişebilir).
- İlgili dili, sonra listedeki sesleri açın. Bir sesin yanında indirme simgesi varsa dokunup indirin.
- Biverba'ya dönün; Ayarlar'daki ses listesinde satır yeşile döndüyse yeni ses kullanılıyor.
Her dilde daha iyi bir ses yoktur; böyle bir durumda ses robotik kalır, çevirinin doğruluğu bundan etkilenmez.

How to use
Two people, one phone. Biverba goes in the middle of the table; you speak in your own language and the person across from you hears it in theirs.
Getting started
- Pick your language. On first launch choose the interface language; your speaking language is set to match. You can change both later in Settings.
- Set each side's language. Tap the language pill at the top to set each side's language; the arrow between them swaps the two.
- Allow the microphone. Tapping Start asks for microphone permission. Speech recognition does not work without it. Translation needs an internet connection.
Taking turns
- Hold and speak. The amber button is yours, the green one is for the other person. Hold your own button and speak.
- Let go. The moment you let go, it is translated and read out loud in the other person's language.
- Lock it for longer turns. Tap the button briefly and listening locks on; tap again when you're done.
Face-to-face layout
The icon in the top right opens the face-to-face layout: the screen splits in two and the top half turns 180°. With the phone on the table, the person across from you reads their translation the right way up. You can also choose the layout in Settings (Side by side / Face to face).
History
Every exchange you speak collects behind the history icon on the left; come back any time to listen again. You can clear the conversation in Settings.
A more natural voice
iPhone ships most languages with only a compact voice installed; that is where the robotic tone comes from. If a better voice exists, it can only be added in iOS Settings:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Follow Accessibility → Spoken Content → Voices (menu names vary slightly between iOS versions).
- Open the language you want, then its voices. If a voice has a download icon next to it, tap to download.
- Come back to Biverba; if the row in the voice list in Settings turned green, the new voice is in use.
Not every language has a better voice; in that case the voice stays robotic, and the accuracy of the translation is not affected.
