Biverba, iki kişinin aynı telefonu paylaşarak farklı dillerde konuşmasını sağlayan bir sesli çeviri uygulamasıdır. Hesap açmanızı istemez, sizi tanımlamaz, kullanım verinizi toplamaz; reklamı, izleyicisi ve analitiği yoktur. Kendimize ait bir sunucu çalıştırmıyoruz. Bu metin, uygulamanın hangi verilere dokunduğunu ve bunlarla ne olduğunu olduğu gibi anlatır.

Bu metindeki “biz”, yukarıda adı geçen geliştiricidir. Uygulamadan sorumlu olan taraf budur; arkasında bir şirket, ekip veya üçüncü taraf işletmeci yoktur.
Mikrofon
Mikrofon yalnızca bir konuşma butonuna basılı tuttuğunuz ya da kısa dokunuşla dinlemeyi kilitlediğiniz sürece açıktır. Geri kalan zamanda kapalıdır.
Biverba ses kaydı almaz, saklamaz ve hiçbir yere yüklemez. Uygulama mikrofon akışını cihazınızın kendi konuşma tanıma motoruna devreder — iOS'ta Apple'ın konuşma tanıması, Android'de Google konuşma servisi — ve yalnızca metin sonucunu geri alır. Ham sese hiçbir aşamada erişmez.
Cihazınıza, seçili dile ve sistem ayarlarınıza bağlı olarak bu işletim sistemi servisi tanımayı cihazda yapabilir ya da sesi Apple'ın veya Google'ın sunucularına gönderebilir. Cihaz dışına çıkan tek şey: çevrilecek metin
Konuşmanız metne dönüştükten sonra bu metin, yalnızca çevirisini almak amacıyla HTTPS üzerinden bir çeviri servisine gönderilir:

Her istek yalnızca çevrilecek cümleyi, kaynak ve hedef dil kodunu içerir. Hiçbir kullanıcı kimliği, hesap bilgisi, cihaz kimliği, reklam kimliği, IP'ye bağlı profil veya konum eklenmez — çünkü uygulamada bunların hiçbiri yoktur. İki sağlayıcının da yayımlanmış gizlilik politikalarını seçmeden önce inceledik; ikisiyle de sözleşmemiz yoktur ve bir istek cihazınızdan çıktıktan sonra o sağlayıcının kendi politikası geçerli olur. Bize bir kopyası gelmez, hiçbir kaydını tutmayız.
Şunu aklınızda tutun: söylediğiniz her şey metne dönüşüp yukarıdaki çeviri servisine gönderilir. Parola, kart numarası, kimlik numarası, sağlık bilgisi gibi üçüncü bir servisin işlemesini istemeyeceğiniz şeyleri söylemekten kaçının.

Biverba'nın yapmadıkları

- Kişisel veri satmıyor, kiralamıyor ve paylaşmıyoruz; verinizi profilleme, pazarlama veya model eğitimi için kullanmıyoruz
İzinler

Uygulama bunların dışında hiçbir izin istemez.
Verinin saklanması ve silinmesi
Sunucumuz ve veritabanımız olmadığı için bizim tarafımızda saklanacak bir şey yok: metniniz, sesiniz veya herhangi bir kimlik bilgisi bize hiç ulaşmıyor. Dolayısıyla saklama tamamen sizin elinizde:
- Konuşma geçmişi uygulama kapanınca silinir; dilerseniz Ayarlar → Konuşma → Konuşmayı temizle ile hemen silebilirsiniz.
- Cihazda tutulan tercihler (tema, arayüz dili, dil çifti, tanıtım bayrağı) uygulamayı kaldırdığınızda ortadan kalkar.
- Çeviri sağlayıcısına gönderilmiş bir metin, saklanıyorsa, o sağlayıcının yukarıda bağlantısı verilen kendi politikasına göre saklanır. İstekler hiçbir kimlik bilgisi taşımadan yapıldığı için ne bizim ne de uygulamayı kullanan bir başkasının bu metni size bağlaması mümkün değildir.
Seçimleriniz ve haklarınız
- Mikrofon iznini istediğiniz an geri çekebilirsiniz (iOS: Ayarlar → Biverba; Android: Ayarlar → Uygulamalar → Biverba → İzinler). Uygulama yine açılır, çökmek yerine bir uyarı gösterir.
- Uygulamanın cihazda tuttuğu her şeyi uygulamayı kaldırarak silebilirsiniz.
- KVKK ve GDPR gibi düzenlemelerin tanıdığı erişim, düzeltme, silme, itiraz ve taşınabilirlik hakları, bir veri sorumlusunun sizin hakkınızda tuttuğu kişisel veriye ilişkindir. Bizde böyle bir veri yok — hesap yok, kimlik yok, saklanan içerik yok — dolayısıyla açıklayacağımız, düzelteceğimiz veya sileceğimiz bir şey bulunmuyor. Aksini düşünüyorsanız aşağıdaki adrese yazın, 30 gün içinde yanıtlayalım.
Yurt dışı kullanım
Yukarıda adı geçen çeviri sağlayıcıları küresel çalışıyor; bu yüzden çevirdiğiniz cümle ülkenizin dışındaki, Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı dışındakiler de dahil, sunucularda işlenebilir. Metninizin işlenmesi tam olarak istediğiniz çeviriyi üretmek için gerekli olduğundan hukuki dayanağımız bu talebin yerine getirilmesidir; süreci konuşup konuşmamayı seçerek tamamen siz denetlersiniz.
Çocuklar
Biverba 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve onlardan bilerek veri toplamaz. Uygulamada reklam, uygulama içi satın alma, kullanıcı hesabı ve yabancılarla iletişim kurulabilecek herhangi bir özellik bulunmaz.
Bu metindeki değişiklikler
Bu politika değişirse yukarıdaki yürürlük tarihi güncellenir ve güncel sürüm bu adreste yayımlanır. Uygulamanın gönderdiği veya sakladığı veri türlerini genişleten bir değişiklik olursa, yürürlüğe girmeden önce uygulama içinde de duyurulur.

Biverba — Privacy Policy

Biverba is a voice translation app that lets two people share one phone and speak in different languages. It has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no trackers, and we operate no servers of our own. This policy describes exactly which data the app touches and what happens to it.

Throughout this policy, “we” means the developer named above. We are the party responsible for the app; there is no company, no team and no third-party operator behind it.
The microphone
The microphone is open only while you hold down a talk button, or while listening is locked on after a short tap. It is closed the rest of the time.
Biverba never records, stores or uploads audio. The app hands the microphone stream to your device's own speech recognition — Apple's speech recognition on iOS, Google's speech service on Android — and receives only the resulting text back. It has no access to the raw audio at any point.
Depending on your device, the selected language and your system settings, that operating system service may perform recognition on the device or send the audio to Apple's or Google's servers. That processing is under the platform's control, not ours, and is governed by their policies: Apple Privacy Policy · Google Privacy Policy.
The only thing that leaves your device: the text to be translated
Once your speech has become text, that text is sent over HTTPS to a translation service, for the sole purpose of receiving its translation:

Each request contains only the sentence to be translated plus a source and target language code. No user identifier, account, device identifier, advertising ID, IP-linked profile or location is attached, because the app holds none of these. We reviewed both providers' published privacy policies before choosing them; we have no contract with either, and once a request leaves your device that provider's own policy applies to it. We receive no copy and keep no record of it.
Please keep in mind: whatever you say becomes text and is sent to the translation service above. Avoid speaking passwords, payment card numbers, government ID numbers, health details or anything else you would not want a third-party service to process.
What stays on your device

None of this leaves your device, and none of it is readable by us.
What Biverba does not do
- No account, no sign-in, no registration
- No analytics, usage measurement or crash reporting
- No advertising, advertising identifier or tracker of any kind
- No cookies
- No third-party SDKs — apart from the two HTTPS translation requests described above, the app makes no outbound connections
- No access to location, contacts, photos, files or calendar
- We do not sell, rent or share personal data, and we do not use your data for profiling, marketing or model training
Permissions
- Microphone (

The app requests no other permissions.
Data retention and deletion
We run no servers and hold no database, so there is nothing on our side to retain: we never receive your text, your audio or any identifier. Retention is therefore entirely in your hands:
- Conversation history is discarded when the app closes, or immediately via Settings → Conversation → Clear the conversation.
- The stored preferences (theme, app language, language pair, intro flag) are removed when you uninstall the app.
- Text already sent to a translation provider is retained, if at all, according to that provider's own policy, linked above. Requests to them are made without any identifier, so they cannot be traced back to you by us or by anyone using our app.
Your choices and your rights
- You can withdraw microphone consent at any time in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Biverba; Android: Settings → Apps → Biverba → Permissions). The app will keep opening and will show a notice instead of crashing.
- You can remove everything the app has stored by uninstalling it.
- Where laws such as the GDPR or Türkiye's KVKK grant you rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection or portability, these apply to personal data a controller holds about you. We hold none — no account, no identifier, no stored content — so there is nothing for us to disclose, correct or erase. If you believe otherwise, write to us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days.
International users
The translation providers named above operate globally, so the sentence you translate may be processed on servers outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Where processing your text is necessary to provide the translation you asked for, our legal basis is the performance of that request; you control it entirely by choosing whether to speak.
Children
Biverba is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect any data from them. The app contains no advertising, no in-app purchases, no user accounts and no way for users to communicate with strangers.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the effective date above is updated and the current version is published at this address. If a change ever broadens the categories of data the app sends or stores, it will also be announced inside the app before taking effect.
