Parçanın yerini bulamıyor, ne yapmalıyım?
Parçayı düz ve tek renk bir zemine koyup telefonu masaya paralel tutun. Gölge düşmemesine dikkat edin. Yapbozun düz renkli bölgelerinde (gökyüzü, su) tek bir hücre bulmak matematiksel olarak mümkün olmayabilir — uygulama böyle durumlarda bölge gösterir.

Kutudaki parça sayısı pazarlama rakamıdır; "1000" genelde 1026'dır. Kurulumda uzun kenardaki parçaları sayıp girin, ızgara kesinleşsin.

It can't find where my piece goes. What should I do?

Put the piece on a flat, single-colour surface and hold the phone parallel to the table. Make sure no shadow falls on it. In flat-coloured areas of a puzzle (sky, water) finding a single cell may be mathematically impossible; in those cases the app shows an area.

The grid came out wrong.

The piece count on the box is a marketing number; "1000" is usually 1026. During setup, count the pieces along the long edge and enter that so the grid is exact.

The first scans are off.

The box picture is not exactly the same frame as the puzzle's own picture. As you confirm placements it got right, the app calibrates to that puzzle and gets more accurate.

How do I delete my account?

Friends → Settings → Delete my account. It is permanent.
